RadNet| Santa Rosa Imaging Medical Center is Hiring a Patient Service Representative Near Santa Rosa, CA

We invite you to come join the RadNet Radiology team as Patient Service Representative at our Santa Rosa location! This is a Full-Time position with a working schedule of Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

As a RadNet Patient Service Representative team member, you will:

  • Answer phones and greet incoming patients and visitors.
  • Perform patient registration and insurance verification and collect co-pays.
  • Guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns.
  • Schedules, reschedules or cancels new or current patients, confirms appointments and notifies staff of changes when necessary.
  • Coordinate with office staff for timely care of patients.
  • Cross-train and help as needed in other departments (i.e. scheduling, medical, etc).
  • Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

We are looking for dependable and professional candidates for medical administrative assistant jobs at RadNet. Applicants must have a High School Diploma, intermediate/advanced computer skills, strong multitasking and communication skills, and provide excellent customer service. Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office work experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
